Anyone have the inside info on Bass Blockers ?? What ones do I need for my INFINITY KAPPA 462.7cfp 4x6 plate speakers ??? Please provide link if possible.

That 'bass blocker' from crutchfield is just a capacitor and a loop of wire. I suspect that loop of wire is suppose to be the inductance for an LRC circuit, but that would be negligable when compared to the inductance of the coil in the speaker. Either that or that loop is just to make it look more suphisticated than it is to fool the public into buying it. So basically, you're paying $4 for a capacitor wrapped in heat shrink tubing that costs about $.25.
