What size battery cable do you recommend? Standard front mounted battery to my 632. I was thinking of using 2/0, too heavy?

Only downside bigger cable is expense, which you clearly don't care about, because 632...

more importantly IMO, is the quality of what you run, strand count, etc... if you want nice stuff, get some tinned marine cable.. like Ancor... vastly better than any low strand count junk from auto parts stores, etc....... really what you would want to look at would be amp draw when your cranking that mill to figure out what you need/want...

2/0 marine is some serious snot... i'll run that on big amp-suckin marine dizzles all day long... i run 2/0 in most of my vehicle builds, K5 and Mutt.... but again, that would be like 4/0 in low strand cr@p, and ummm, I tend to be a bit over the top......

I figured out the starter is 200 amp max. Thanks for the link, I'll check into where I can buy some of that around me. There seems to be a lot of junk wire trying to be sold on amazon.

yeah, most gear reduction starters do well these days... ch*t's not cheap, but neither is quality...

Go to your local welding supply store and buy welding cable, many more strands over standard automotive cable and it is oil, gas resistant as well. Won't be cheap but cheap won't be good.
