This is what a battery hold down for a 77...whatever year is suppose to look like?

Its metal! I thought they were rubber blocks like the newer trucks. :doah:

I was sick of the bungee cord look!:D Now I Need to find one.

The one on my 78 is metal and looks like that. In your pick that is the side that faces down.
 
Don't know what LMC wants for one but you can grab them off eBay NOS in GM box for like $4. Cars & trucks, late '60s thru at least '80-'81 used same one.

I can get one from my local GM dealer for 8.00 :thumb:

Just got to wait for it...its in Chicago.
 
two pieces of 3/8 allthread.... a few 3/8 nuts / flat washers and lock washers...

few inches of 1 1/2" x 1/8" angle iron .... makes the worlds best battery hold down, for next to nothing... :waytogo:
