They were also having carb issues on some of the steep hills and a leaky PS pump/ hose. They seemed to do ok though think it was there first time but were quick learners. Never heard the story why you sold it but I think they got a good deal on it.

I knew it was going to need to have limiting straps on the front. There was too much droop for sure.

I sold it to start another project that I could drive on the street also.

BEWARE.. It is a Heep :) http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=423989

I didn't get a whole bunch. 1st set shows 1st morning, the doghouse KOA advertised as a cabin, the City Market parking lot and Hell's Revenge.

Hell's and below the hot tubs you'll see JMS (Michael) spotting every rig in the group down the narrow ridge where Brian (badass90k5) rolled over. Unfortunately the pics do not show just how steep and narrow that descent really is. Ass pucker express.

Last of Hell's following Steve's buggy and the other advanced guys. Then we start with Sunday morning's bad weather and the small group that went up Top Of The World.

Drive to Top of the World trail, few on the way up, JLR113's u-joint breakage (Jim will love that pic), and the end of the trail where if you forget to stop you'll drive right over the edge. Long waaaayyy down.

Things move pretty quick, I figured I'd come home with a bunch of photos but I rarely had time to stop & shoot. I know there were a ton of people with camera & video. Who knows what will pop up over the days & weeks.

I almost blew my drink all over when I saw the video of Jaun.
That was some cool but yet funny stuff!!!!
I'll post my pic's soon but I don't have many.

Cop story...

Thanks to every one, especially the ORD crew and Steve Fox for putting on a great event.
I made lots of new friends (as did Moneypit), unfortunatly, mostly with Utah cops. Pulled over going into City Market first thing (almost backed over him when he pulled in behind me), first thing the next morning and again driving down the deserted Utah highway.....what's up with these guys?
I can now recite their line: "Did you know that this vehicle isn't legal for operation on the road in Utah?"
Passed 4 Colorado cops that never even looked at it....Oh well. Great time at BB07
thanks again to everyone that made it happen
