BB 2010 Dates?

2009 was my first BB. My wife and I met a lot of friendly, helpful people (JMS, mrk5, 70jimmy and so many others). I gained a lot of good experience. When I had what turned out to be a minor steering problem on Hell's Revenge, folks were willing to help me figure it out and get fixed. We plan on being there this year.

It was good wheelin' with you and your wife and I'm glad you're coming back this year. :D

My truck should be back together by then. I am shooting for EJS this year. While the truck maybe able to handle the toughest trails I really am not. I have only been into the rock crawling scene for a short while heck, I have only been rock crawling 5 times total. I will be keeping an eye on this so I can at least go and ride with someone if I am too chicken to drive my own junk.

Thanks for all the help along the way. I may try and ride along with some folks.

LT.

Glad to hear you will be back. Let me know if you come to Colorado this summer, I would be glad to go run something with you again.

It'll probably be about the same as last year as far as registration costs go. You have the option of choosing the number of days you want to wheel. I don't remember the prices for certain and I'm too lazy to look it up, but I think 1 day as $35, 2 days $45, and 3 days $55. That's per vehicle, not per passenger.

There isn't a max number of participant limit is there? 95% plan on going but hate to pre-reg too early and have something come up.

How far in advance should the lodging be secured?
I really hope to make it this year with somthing:D

No limit on the number of participants.

I probably won't have registration up and running until closer to the event, like around July. I wouldn't wait to make hotel/camping reservations much after that. There are any major 4x4 events going on while we're there. That's part of the reason we have to get dates set up with the BLM well ahead of time because they don't like to have multiple events going at the same time.

I hope I can make it for my first time... well, first time at the Blazer Bash anyways.

How many rigs usually turn out for this event?

This year it varied by day, IIRC the biggest single day turn out was Friday. I remember being surprised it wasn't Saturday. I don't have the numbers in front of me, but I think there were about 40 rigs max on any give day with about 50 different rigs over all 3 days - if that makes sense.

Hoping to make it this year finally! Not sure what ill be driving though. Could be the 85 K5, 84 K20 diesel or GF's 99 Taco. Just depends on whats running well enough and which one will be more fun and capable. Hoping to be able to drop some coin on all 3 this year, but we'll see.

Wow, I would have figured more than that... It sounds like it is a great time, Hopefully my work schedule and my bank account don't keep me from attending...
