Honestly we aren't sure yet. The way it works is kinda weird. I am working with one of the writers to get the story done. I pitched him the idea after a Toyota event we sponsored a few months ago. He pitched the idea to a couple of publishers and Auto ????? Publications bought the story. Basically he will write the story from what Scott and I give him (including pics) then the publication company will sell it to the mags. This is why you will see the same story in 3 magazines in the same month. They are always slightly reworded and use different pics. Basically we have already gotten through phase 1 and 2 of 4 phases. Next comes getting the story written and then step four is the publication company sells it to the different mags.

Just be aware that anything that's been posted here may present a potential copyright problem for publication elsewhere. That's why I don't post up original images anymore.

I believe he told me once, that any picture posted on ck5, technically becomes property of ck5, so any other use would technically need ck5 permission to be used.

Last year my pic posts got " all pictures property of Jason4x4" or some such.

Yes, that's kinda how it works. Michael doesn't post the really good shots until he knows they won't go to a magizine. I don't think they want to deal with it even if it shouldn't matter. I think that's how it works.

The ORD BBQ at Blazer Bash was the place to be on Friday nite; first a look at the poster with all the sponsors for the event - then the ORD team after receiving the coveted 'Blazer Bash Aprons' for their tireless efforts over the years - and the lines for the food were loooong...
