BB 2017 Picture thread

Wade it's all these doofusses that like to purposely obfuscate and misinterpret everything everyone says for a little bit of humor. Which is growing old...

When I got Ned back working. I went across the street from Moab rim and drifted a donut in that big dirt lot..realized real fast it as it was kicking back that it wasn't the best idea with the ORI's rebound set on 1..The body roll almost flipped us and scared me to death. The kid was clueless to how close we came to death..he just said "dad, that was so cool can we do it again?"

Becky, Mark's sister was clueless also. I offered for her to get out and walk. She wasn't happy when I said, "that was a little too sketchy for my taste". She didn't get out though.

She did comment that it was a little sketchy, but stated it wasn't worse than driving a jeep down

I heard that reaction then saw @blazinzuk reaction then was like ok...

I've driven it in a Sami and a JK, no big deal. With my body roll, it adds a big pucker factor.
When we were following you Mark would comment that it wasn't nearly as off camber as you made it look. :rotfl: But whatever, it works just fine and you made it with less trouble than I had. At least in the Z-turn for sure.

Yep. I have 11 years of seat time. Doesn't really do much to me. It's worse when somebody is with me because I don't want to scare them. So I pay attention to the body roll more.

She said she'd ride with you again, so must not have been bad

My first time on Moab rim I watched a guy in our group roll his friends XJ down z turn. I guess that always stuck with me? I'll still run it but it makes me pucker too! There are a couple spots on Pritchett that get me too.

An old timer in our local club was telling me a story about his first Moab Rim trip. They walked up it the day before and he said he didn't hardly sleep that night thinking about it and had himself pretty worked up by the time the run started. To top it off, a guy in front of him rolled going down Z-turn. But now it's not such a big deal anymore.

I would do it again, but I'd still want a spotter in a couple spots coming down.
