Damn I would love to go. I couldn't thrash enough. Rig is done, just the rest of the crap that goes along with an 18 hour tow.

From Phoenix?? Moab is just down the block!Plan is to pick up a tow rig this year or get it to the point it can drive the entire way.

You guys need to split it up next time. Instead doing it Cannonball Run style, make the journey more enjoyable.I would love an 18 hour tow. 25 is just too much.
Yeah, I have a hard time finding someone to do that the first time and they certainly are not game for it a second time. As for me I can sleep in the passenger seat a couple of hours and after 25 hours driving and 12 hours rest I’m good to go.You guys need to split it up next time. Just my 2 pesos..
Y’all are bad asses! My 18 hour trip kicked my ass!Yeah, I have a hard time finding someone to do that the first time and they certainly are not game for it a second time. As for me I can sleep in the passenger seat a couple of hours and after 25 hours driving and 12 hours rest I’m good to go.
2-12 hour days driving and two nights is 48 hours and no less exhausting for me.
3-8 hour days each way takes too much time away from work and life. Someday when I retire I’d just take a week each way and see some sights along the way.
