BB 2019 last minute thrash

Yeah I wanted to take my time and split the 14 hour trip in 2 days and enjoy it, I got sick Sunday, didn't get better till Wednesday and scrambled to get ready by Thursday night.
Hit the road, a few snags, stopped half way to recover and still didn't make it to the bbq.
Next year I am taking my commercial truck AND trailer for the reliable setup and hopefully have the wheeler ready early enough.
I want to take my time and make it there early, have some fun before Saturday

Now I need to call ORD and get the rebuild kit and doubler adapter coming. Good thing Thursday is payday.....

I’m about 75% committed on come to BB19. Kind of depends on if my dad can get off to come with.
The list:
Get the Magnum
Mount tranfer case and all linkage
Build a crossmember
Get drive shafts
Finish rear suspension (pinion angle and spring perches)
Rhino line the tub
Replace all the interior
Buy tires and wheels
Maybe a cage
Get it registered and insured...
That’s a big expensive list
Plan B is to bring the Jeep.

Don’t know yet if my enclosed trailer can handle the weight of two blazers or how it will pull with the load but I’ll be going for sure. If your dad can’t go we might be able to carpool out there if you’re interested.

We can all carpool. But I don't do 25 hours straight.

Yeah, I don't know if any state allows two 53s, which is why I posted crazy stuff, cuz ha gotta dream big! How else are we gonna get @nvrenuf to get his truck there?
