BB 2020 pic thread

Mine are 10 yrs old, and they stretch everytime I use them...maybe they shrink when not in use?
I tighten them up another click every fillup.
Maybe the springs keep compressing, as I’m anchored on the frame not the axles. Controls body motion to some extent that way.

I’ve never had that problem although I’ve only attached mine to the axles.

I would be afraid of strapping to the frame unless I could pull it down against the bumps, one crazy unexpected suspension bounce and a hook could come loose. :yikes:

Should do both. Frame and axle. Keeps your shocks from getting a workout. Also all you man transmission folks leave the trans in neutral. This keeps the engine from moving just a little, enough to wear a small portion of the cylinder

I thought you did tires? Annual DOT inspection didn't catch that?

Ouch!
Are you in the weeds because you ended up there? Scary!

Tire had some very minor cupping from what looked like front end out. Had it checked when I swapped a rear tire. We all agreed it was very minor. Nope.

Drove it into the weeds to save the aluminum wheel. No brake usage either. Still stopped fast.

Wrapped the tread around the TRE and axle. Pulled the wheel, then the tread with pry bars. ABS wire and everything was in tact. I had my electrical stuff out ready to fix the wire. I also had the bumper extension pulled when they got there. He said no one does that. It was bent and I was afraid of clearance issues.

Then we talked politics for 5 minutes because of the stickers on the semi. Not Biden fans.
