The SB is $219.00 while the BB is clearance priced.

not sure whats going on there, but Randy is right in that aspect...

SB and BB are the same....

tho i have no probs with a stock setup, nothing wrong with having a highend dizzy... i ran a MSD billet in the Chevelle and loved it..

the ones you listed look alot like a DUI....

Yeah they do....I have a MSD billet on the '73!
If they are the same, I'm gonna order one for the '75.
But, I'd hate to waste $120.00 on it if it doesn't fit! :doah:

pretty certain on that, that ads the first i can remember hearing to the contrary....... never known them to be different... go take a peek at summit, they should all be listed as SB/BB

Yeah, same part number at Summit for BB-SB..................Hmmmmmmmmmmmm. Why price 'em/list 'em different at JC Whitney?

not sure whats going on with that.. just different endings to the part numbers.... if you put either of those Whtney part numbers in Google, they come up with a bunch of places selling the same dizzys as JC Whitney...

anyone got an idea? the only thing i could possibly think of would be they have a different advance curve in their SB vs BB.... :dunno:

Order it for that price, and if it doesnt fit for some reason, sell it on the board for ten bucks.

i have no desire for a new dizzy... thats about #117 on my priority list... :wink1:

just trying to figure out if there's a reason to the BB/Sb listing other than them being idiots... :doah:

Yeah, using the part numbers given, it has the same part number for both the BB and SB at Shop.com. Well, guess I'll be a Guinea pig, as the one in the '75 has a lot of miles on it, and I can swap it for my wife's '73 K-10 points type!

How about $10.00 and two brand new U-joints? :wink1:

OK, here's another weird one.................... Found these, tracing the part numbers, one without the coil is $20.00 higher!!! WTF?
