I concur.
We pulled in Sunday and it was 95... It cooled down quite a bit and they're predicting 80's all week.
You won't need cold weather gear...leave it at home. When we were there in '03 the Bash was early/mid october and even then it was comfy in the evening. I wanna say mid 50's at the coldest overnight. It'll be warmer for you guys.

It's pouring right now here. We were supposed to run trifecta and instead I'm sitting here on my laptop hoping the rain clears up

yep showed 70 percent chance of rain there today. I am a couple hours east of Moab and Cloudy and got some rain last night, looks like a little more to come. That's OK I will be hunkered down in the garage on prep work.

It raining? That means I may not be able to take the top off. 
It cleared up. It's supposed to rain tonight I guess, but we maid it through the trifecta without a drop.
Sunny and clear in Western CO about 75miles to the east so I'll bet the weather is about the same in Moab.
