I think that should be fine. Let your friend know that the shirts are no longer available for pre-order. We have a very small number of extras that will be available at the event.

Thanks! thats in the Rio Puerco. Rio Rancho, NM. We held a KOH qualifier in may in this area
Update: Ok, I have 5 people riding in my rig, Me, Eric, his wife and 2 kids. Since I have no rollcage, I think we will be traveling on the lesser rated trails for safety reasons. I would feel horrible if anyone got hurt. I'm sure yal understand. No major risks here.

Not questioning your decision, just out of curiosity (since I've been up there a few times...): what were you planning on doing on Golden Spike that you couldn't do with more than one passenger?
Rather to be safe then sorry. I'm still kinda learning my rig and figure if people have to "Get Out" because it could be dangerous, it's prob not smart to be on that higher rated trail without a cage. Especially with a family.
There are a lot of lower ranked trails that I have not taken and Erics family. I think we will still have a blast!
We will be there for the BBQ for sure!

I think my wife would love to do Arches NP
I've been to arches a few times and it's beautiful! The best part is getting awesome family pictures with the arches in the back ground.
Does Eric know that he is going to Moab to drive around Arches NP.

Unfortunately, the boss can not get me back to Utah in time for BB12. Can not make it this year... Sorry fellas...
Keith (KGB) can have my raffle tickets, no worries about the $40 for the registration.
