BB14 dates?

Whenever. I will be there. Hopefully with a running truck this year.
Before BB, I have 2 weeks for Parker and KOH, then 2 weeks for the Holton hillbilly to get through.
I'm scared to see this.

Not only mine, but the rest of the fourteeners are in for a shocking.
Right now I'm leaning towards going back to the weekend after labor day. Another option is waiting one more weekend so the 2nd one after labor day.
Unfortunately with my life right now it may be a couple weeks before I can make a decision.
So in the mean time let's hear some opinions.

I'm partial to the week after labor day. I'm from AZ so it's still cooler than here

Chile Challenge in Las Cruces, NM has been moved to Oct. 15 -18. So, I am partial to the first or second week of September. But whatever the date, Blazer Bash will take priority in my wheeling plans.
I'm partial to Moab in the fall, say sometime between the weekend after labor day to sometime in the mid to late part of October.
I think that should provide you a window that you can fit your event into my schedule. Please don't make it too early because I need more time to procrastinate a bunch of changes to my vehicle that I only drive to and from this event each year, it worked great for me this last time so I think I should take it all apart and change everything about it. I plan to start tearing it down next week, but I bet I will let it sit and see what parts everybody on the internet thinks I should put on it until a month before your event. At which time I will order said parts and have to ship them 2nd day which will cost me some of my gas money so I may not be able to make it after all but I'm going to keep trying and see what happens. I will need to know the exact schedule of events right away so that I can plan what I'm going to miss because I either haven't arrived yet or that I will need to stay at the hotel and work on my junk cause I had no time to test it out and I broke a leaf spring because my bumpstops aren't installed.
So I need you to look in your crystal ball and to schedule around my procrastination. As you can tell I have a lot of plans and I need to start working on this right away so that I can wait until a few weeks befroe the event to finish it.

That made me laugh. Because it is 90% of us. I swore years ago that iwould not thrash to get ready for any trip. This has not worked out.
Later in the year the better.
i'm in the same boat here... but whatever it is, i'll be there.

Looks like we're going to run with Sept 5th-7th.
May have to take the whole week off this year. To make up for last year.
thanks for the update Scott....your organization and management of the event is much appreciated...unfortunately for me its not happening now, its such a major trip, I want to be confident in my tow rig as well as the Maiden next time I come out...so I will be pushing for next year.
