BB16 registration

At the rate I'm going you might beat me there.

My alternator went bad in California less than a hundred miles from home. St.George my battery light came back on and kept flashing. I found corrosion on one of the batteries so I cleaned it up. All was good for about 75 miles. Then the battery light came back on and it stopped charging.
This time I pulled everything apart all the connections on the alternator all the connections on all the batteries and clean the crap out of them. I used an ice pick to tighten up the connections on the electrical plug to the alternator.
That was about 20 minutes ago. Everything seems okay right now. Hoping to make it all the way to Moab this try.

It looks like you are either registering at the BBQ or did late yesterday? It only matters so that ORD buys enough food. SO in short does Scott know you have 6 people in your group?

Well the camper trailer I was going to borrow got trashed on some rocks last week and is out for repairs until next month. Guess I'll camp in the back like I usually do. Oh well.
 
They meant the rv park Moab rim if ur looking for them
 
I'm all packed up and ready to go in the morning. I was able to get a cb installed, so hopefully one of you guys knows how to get it setup properly so it's useful. :)
 
Just finished loading everything except a couple bags.

I registered a week ago with PayPal. PayPal never asked me how many people I had with me. I figured I should mention it here.
 
Hey guys. Not sure if I'm gonna make it now....was driving around today, it was running perfect and as I pull up to my buddies house and let it idle, it dies. Ran out of fuel. Put some fuel in that he has in a trailer, and It runs like crap. Couple hours later, find out that one of the 2 main primaries is not shooting fuel. Is there a quick fix for this or am I pretty much screwed and need to rebuild the carb? Pretty sure that it's just clogged with some crap from the bad fuel.
 
Probably has junk in the carb. Peel it open and carb clean, change the fuel filter too
