BB23 T-shirts

No you haven’t. But I’ve got a big box of shirts to process sitting in my spare room. Things haven’t slowed down on my personal side but it’s next on my list of things to knock out.

I need to set up an easy portal to facilitate the sale of the shirts online. From there I based the entire order on the sizing and quantity you all requested earlier. Those that spoke up and requested to buy a shirt will get a PM on how to order once I have that set up. Hoping to get that knocked out over the weekend. I did order a little extra for sponsors that donated and once I’ve pulled through all of those any left will be made available.

The solution that is the quickest to complete without trying to setup a website portal is to invoice directly from PayPal. I know not everybody is on it, but the majority is and that's going to make it easiest. For those that aren't on it, we can make separate arrangements.

The shipping is going to run with USPS flat-rate box. A small flat-rate box is 20 cents cheaper than a padded envelope at $10.40. Going Priority will get a tracking number vs going regular mail without it. Less likely to loose anything.

To make life easier for everyone I've got the price set for all shirt sizes at $27 per shirt. I want to run a pilot of a couple of pilot orders to make sure I have the Paypal side set right. I'll be sending PM's to a couple on the list to try it out.
 
You can send a PayPal invoice and they should be able to pay with credit card. It might require creating a login tho.

Ok, folks. We had a successful test of the invoice through PayPal. Here's the plan. I will send a PM to each person who indicated they wanted shirt(s). Instructions will be provided in the PM. Anybody local to Denver is welcome to hit me up in the PM to meet up to deliver on the weekend.

From there I will spend time after work on packaging and will deliver to the post office on a Saturday as I won't have time to do a bunch at work.

I need to reach out to vendors that donated to send shirts too. What I have left I will post what I have left.
