bbc bracket question

i have a bbc that needs the accessories brackets..would these alt brackets fit on a bbc in a 2nd gen truck w/o a/c?

it says they will fit 1969-1979 Chevrolet Truck where applicable if they will fit a 79, won't they fit my 85?

a little chrome looks to be the only difference & for $16 i'll live w/a little chrome.

I've never had any luck piecing BBC brackets together. I would advise you to find everything off of one donor vehicle or do the serpentine thing.

I had the chrome brackets and they suck. I had to bend it and tweak it every-which way and the end result was ok, but finding the stock setup would be way better.

You will not be disappointed. I have that kit on my 496 and I love it.
