I got a pair of manifolds from a friend that were off a 70s vintage chevelle/impalla big block. While putting the pipes on at the exhaust shop the passenger side one the stud pulled out. These have already been tapped out to 7/16 too. Also the front mounting ear was broke off but with a washer seemed to hold ok. We went ahead and welded the stud in for now but I need to replace that manifold. It is casting number [FONT="]3989310 and looking on ebay I have found a few but they are either junk or new and $250. I have found a bunch of others that are not listed with a number but application range includes the same as my casting number. Would I be ok with one of the generic ones? It needs to be the same size as the current broke one since the pipe is already hooked up to it.
