who runs a big block and what headers? debating on what to run full length, shortys, or just manifolds? what brand? what to stay away from?
thought I'd throw in this pic cause I'm excited to finally drop it in

1986 GMC K15 with Summit full length headers
no frame interference and no problems so far

I'm still using the shorties I posted in the other thread, absolutely no interference or clearance issues. I've read where the shorties lose power over long tubes but I hate manifolds and I figure they've got to be better than no headers. Ive run Hedman long tubes a lot in the past with good results but I'd buy the shorties again because I prefer the extra room.

I have a BBC in my '87 K5. I used Doug's tri-y headers. I had to clearance the driver side frame rail.
