BBC Long Water Pump... casting # check please??

I'm sure someone here has a way to check this, so far I'm coming up empty:

I ordered the water pump for my 502 from Pace Performance, using the part number recommended in the 502HO documentation (#12484890) BBC, Long style, non-serpentine application.

The pump arrived today, and the casting number on it is: #12554747


Does anyone know if that's the same pump, or did I just get the wrong item shipped to me? I don't want to spend the time laying down a beautiful coat of Chevy Orange on it only to find I need to ship it back for an exchange.

Anyone know this one?

did a quick glance around and they are both long standard rotation pumps, so they should be the same.

According to my sources the casting number converts into the same regular rotation water pump number as the GM part number. I think you're safe to make it pretty.
