Looking for some feedback. The question is if you were buying beadlock which ones would you buy? I am not talking about weld on kits but already made beadlocks. I am planning to get a set of Walker Evans locks.

After all the reseach I did I figured the H1 rims would work best for me . Not saying anything is wrong with the aftermarket stuff , just like the simple and effective design.

Personally, I'd probably get Walker Evans rims if I wanted aluminum beadlocked rims. But there are Hutchison double beadlocks to consider too. $345 a rim for Walker Evans from Poly Performance...
Last time I was at OK4WD they had Hutchison rims in stock. Can't find them on their site though.

Comparable price to Walker Evans and double beadlocks. Looked like a nice rim when I saw them. Maybe if you get the chance, call OK4WD see if they still have some and go take a look at them sometime(though its more of a trip for you Wayne).
wow i really like the hutchison ones! hmm do they come in 15's?
I used the Staun beadlockers. Double bead locking, run flat capability if needed and cheap (relatively), just mount them to a steel wheel (or ally) but you can beat a steel wheel round again if need be.
I really like my H1 wheels I buy every one I can get hold of if the price is right.
I have the H1's as well but if I were willing to spend some money I would pick up the Stauns. They do everything my double locks do but are alot lighter and you will never have to worry about the legality of them since the rim is still one piece. Another thing is they could be put in more than one rim, so if you bang up a wheel you are not out a beadlock, just buy a new rim put it in and mount the tire.

personally I went with the H1s because I can put them together fairly cheaper(cheaper than buying staun's), and add a rock ring and they are way stronger than a cheap aluminum wheel.

no, H1s are 16.5" rim. You won't be puting your tires on that any time soon.
you should be alright with that. many people run h1's with 44 boggers with are 19.5" wide

They recommend a 9.75" rim for that wide of a tire? I know 12.50s are "recommended" for a 10" wide rim so that just seems odd. Yes you will be fine puting those on an H1 rim. Will bulge a bit if you air them up for street use, but if you are thinking you need H1s and that size tire, I'm not thinking your a street runner that much.

HMMM, when I had 36" Super Swamper Radials they recommended an 8" wide rim for the 12.5" wide tire.
