I have a Crew Cab on 37s that will be a dedicated trail clean up truck. I am looking for ideas on how to hoist things into/ out of the bed.

I have seen simple "cherry picker" things that you can bolt to the bed that have a jack and hand crank on them. Any one have one? Any good?

I will also have a multi mount winch that I could run for this set up:whistle: with the right design. Anyone have ideas? Pictures? on how to do this?

I would like to be able to use the winch in the back of the truck for lifting things into/out of the truck but also for rear recovery, pulling things onto a trailer etc.

Thoughts?

Use a cherry picker type with it's own winch on it.

I wouldn't use your recovery winch. It's way too powerful. Too much of a chance of it ripping out the other parts of your lift during use.

So what makes those worth $400 when all the similar ones I see for sale are $59-99? (serious question)

Well, like most things in life, you get what you pay for. Show us/me which one you are talking about that cost less than $100. For your needs just picking up heavy trash objects off the trails, maybe the cheapo model is fine. If you are going to continually move expensive items such as motor cycles, generators, etc. then you may want something better. Don't compare the Harbor freight models to the Snap On models. BTW, I was just giving you ideas.
