as long as the last coat is relatively fresh, you can coat as many times as you want... within a couple days is usually fine..

hmmm... the burb is going to need 2 gallons. maybe 3. i need to get a shop to get me wholesale on that this week lol
Yes, plan a minimum of 2 gallons if you want it thick enough. It took me 1 whole gallon to do the cab floor (not including the bed area) of my K5. And I was scraping the bottom of the can for the last bit.

I will admit the rear hatch is pretty thin, i got pretty lazy by the end of the day and didnt do that thick of a coat on it. The rest of the truck its pretty thick though.
