can it be done? what would need to be done for prep work....i tried painting it, came out good, but now that its drying, i`m seeing all the roller marks and the like, and the bedliner went on pretty easy.....so...

Well I contacted The Durabak Company http://www.durabakbedliner.com/ out of Aurora, Colorado and they sent me samples of the colors I was interested in. White smooth for top and smooth black for lower area of truck. they have 10 smooth colors and 15 of the regular type.

Durabak is what I'm going with.I've checked out a few others,but they're "claim to fame" UV protection and easy application sold me.

All surfaces must be clean, dry and rough. For specific surface preparation Consult your product manual or a Durabak™ representative
The guy I talked with said "for a fiberglass to on your truck make sure it is good and clean and since it has the little bumps it would be fine".
