How do these work? What do they screw into the rim somehow making for a taller beed?

BEADlocks keep the BEAD secured to the rim, making lower tire pressures possible without risking breaking the bead. /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

There is an inner and outer ring that get bolted together with the tire bead between. This clamps the bead to keep it on the rim.
