BEEFY HUBS?

they are pretty much all the same
spicers are all metal and supposed to be THE one to get,
I havent had any aprt to check it out
Warns are made of pot metal

I'm gonna side with m j on this one....Spicers are the way to go.

Even though the Spicers have the plastic dial in them, the rest of the design is ALL metal and a lot stronger than any other hub.

Many aftermarket hubs are made from pot-metal, which is weaker than the metal found in the Spicer hubs.

I think that the spicers are the strongest. I would probably buy Warn Premiums because of the warranty. Are you needing 44 or 60 hubs?

why doesnt someone just make some hubs that are 100% chrome-moly? /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif seems like everything else in the driveline has pimpin BEEFY parts available... and hubs are still the same old grenade-prone poop they have always been. I have 35 spline warn premiums goin on my rig... they oughta hold up purdy well, and warn does warranty stuff afaik... but still.. someone needs to go 100% chrome-moly and be done with it. /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

yup
warn has a great warranty dept
wonder how it got so good?
practice makes perfect

lol, prolly m j. Hopefully lots of them warantys are on crappy 1/2 ton poop. /forums/images/icons/tongue.gif I'm using their new premiums that are just for the D60 35 spline conversion (as opposed to how peeps used to use D70 rear hubs on 'em) ... so hopefully they will last. If not, and they wont warantee them for some ungodly reason, I don't live to far from Warns HQ.. I could always go over and whoop up on some of them yahoos. /forums/images/icons/tongue.gif

they warranteed my 30 spliners with the new and improved version
didnt provide any help in locating the new style spiro loks to install them other then 'buy this $$ kit full of stuff you dont need'
I found the parts and the part number to get the spiroloks from any bearing house for cheap after a day or 2 of running around the countryside frantically
