any recommendations on how to prime the system again?

I undid the fuel line right after the filter...disconnected the pink wire from my injection pump and cranked the motor until pure fuel came out of the line. Then I reconnected the line, re-attached the pink wire and fired it up.

I take the line off the secondary filter out port . Put in a fitting for hose and use a hand pump to get the diesel thru the filters and then hook it all up and she fires right up .
