I need to build some armor for my gas tank and 208 transfer case and I'd like to see what others have done. I have a pick up tank that mounts along the frame rail on the drivers side. Lets see what you've built or bought.

This is a pic I saved that someone did with thier x-fer case. I will do something similar.

I clocked my tcase up one notch and made this using the stock crossmember:

I like the picture neverendingproject posted. Eventually, when I fully clock my tcase, I'll do something similar only box the frame and mount the tabs for the bushings up between the frame rails.

Thanks for the pics. I like the crossmember / armor of the tube one. I will probably do something similar with but square tube. I have no bender or no experience bending. Any other pics out there?
