Probably a dumb question....but whats up when ur fan belt's a squeelin'?......Too loose, need a new one.........?

Either too loose or old and hard which glazes it. If your tension is ok it'll need changing.

make sure all your bolts are tight.

I once had a crank pulley go bad over night. Park the car at night, go out next morning, start it up, belt squeel. Long story short, changed the pulley and problem disappeared. Automotive problems, I tell ya.
