Best Antenna

Whats the best antenna out there, I'm looking to keep it cheap as well. I just picked up a Uniden PC68LTW at a garage sale for 15 bucks I Know its not the best but hey its only 15 bucks! I hope it works thanks guys. Oh and this is going into my k5

I would have to agree...when space permits the 1/4~ whip is unbeatable in a mobile environment.
