best batteries?

as you know batteries are a huge part of my job.. the marine industry was heavy hit by it.... lot's of battery chargers to deal with and the original gels really threw it all a curveball... but i guess it was a necessary step for the battery industry to take...

but I still deal with about 80% lead acid batteries. AGM pricing is still keeping their #'s down...
 
super start and duralast agms are only 30-50 more than normal batts. real goood deal
 
It is fortunate for me that you started this thread. I just had a battery die on me and needed to do a replacement. I wasn't sure what brand to go with, but ran across your thread shortly before I was going to start my own.

My vote is for Interstate batteries as well. I've been using them for years now and I get at least 10-12 years out of them.
for lead-acid, x 2 on Interstate.. we're a dealer for em, you see TONS in boats... for AGM's, I like Lifelines...

I hold the opinions of these two in high regard and now have a brand-spankin-new Interstate battery under the hood of my DD.
