Been killing my dewalt drill bits lately wondering what your guys have the best luck with? Cobalts, Titanium, certain brand, etc?

Cobalts are your best all around drills. Ti drills are just coated Hi Speed steel drills, once you wear the coating they dont hold up well. When you resharpen them you grind away the coating anyways. I prefer Guhring or Presision Twist split point cobalt drills.

TurboMax made by Irwin. Lifetime warranty if you break'em.
Better than snap on mac matco and countless others Ive tried.
And lots of oil.

Agreed. I push the TurboMax if someone is looking for more than just a few bits. Matco bits are lifetime above 1/4" though.

I''ve used lawson bits alot in the past and they worked great and used to have drill doctor where I used to work. Now I need to get my own set and want to make sure I get a good set. I have always used motor oil or whatever I had around too.

The best drill bits i've ever used were given to me by a friend who used to work for United Airlines. They are Dormer brand, 135* split point cobalt and drill ANYTHING like hot butter. I have no idea where to buy them though so whenever i see my buddy i just ask him for more. :D
