The holley should be set up for exhaust crossover, yes.

What do you mean where is the crossover supposed to be? It looks like a 5th intake port in the head and intake, In the center of #2/4 and 6/8 intake runner on one side, and 1/3 and 5/7 on the other.

I thought you said somewhere that you had camel humps that didn't have crossovers?

My inexperience had me thinking that was a middle water port for extra cooling.

Do you know if the world sportsman 2's have the crossover port?

Nope, this is the hard part about heads...have to ask lots of questions, or just go to each manufacturers site and find out for yourself, or at least HOPE that info is there...usually it is though.

Bottom line is, the stock heads on a TBI motor stink. Shop for some heads and a mild cam and a get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator to increase your fuel pressure.

As far as the Vortec's, you can get a cheaper carb intake and get a carb to TBI adapter.
