i've checked around a bit, even on e-bay for prices. my question is this; what brand are the best hubs for all around use? i was leaning toward warn premiums, but damn they're spendy. anyone else use any others with good luck? (such as milemarker or procomp) and who has the best prices? thanks.

get some flanges from Mt Logan. They are $135-ish. If you want the front end not to run when in 2wd, pull the pucks and slap a warn flange cover on there.

Stock Spicer Hubs would be my choice followed by Warns if you have to have hubs. If not then I would run drive flanges, especially if you are going 35 spline.

Warn 35 spline hubs are weak. Flanges are much stronger. You can also have Stock Spicer 30 spline hubs broached out to 35 spline if you want strong locking hubs with 35 spline axles.

I just got a set of MileMarker Premium locking hubs for my Dana-60 from Summit Racing for $160, which is about $40 cheaper than Warn Premium locking hubs.

If you don't have them on your axle you will have to find them used from someone. Nobody makes them anymore as far as I know.
