best motor for 1976 k5??

i am currently redoing my rig and was wondering what motor option would be the best. i was thinking 383 stroker. i am putting in 14 bolt ff rear and a dana 3/4 ton front with 4:10's. was thinking about replacing my 203 with a 205 and replacing my th350 with a th400. i drive the truck pretty much everyday as well. i have a 6" suspension lift , no body lift and was wondering what would be the biggest tire size to run leaving some metal left on the fenders and quarters? thanks

i have a 76 w/ a rebuilt 400sb and love it
i have a 4in lift w/ 33mtr's, th350 and 203
its my dd as well, it makes pretty good power and is reliable,
hasnt given me any problems since i bought it in july
