IMO< they are all about the same, but I run Castrol High Mileage w/ a quart of LUCAS each oil change. My motor as 122k on it. Runs good, only have slight valve seat issues on occasion during some start ups. Who knows what was ran in it prior to me getting a hold of it though.

I ran Valvoline whenever I ran dino oil. I now run synthetics in all mine except the diesel which gets Chevron Delo 400.

Supertech (wallyworld brand), or napa brand if it's on sale, only use dino oil in the older trucks though. Mobil 1 in the wifes truck since it was new.
