Looking to replace the bench seat cover on my M1008.

I tried some crappy Kraco cover last weekend and it was awful fitment. Will be taking it back.

So now I'm looking at some better custom fit but more expensive seat cover and recovering them myself. LMC has them for about $190 (vinyl) to $220 (velour).

I see another place http://www.precisionfit.com has them for $228.

Kevin Tetz did a pretty good video with LMC and doesn't look that difficult.

Anyone have any input on this for something thats cheaper but just as good as LMC? I tried to search but not much current info for the latest shops that offer these custom fit covers.

Current seat:

I found a shop local to me that quoted me $500 to rebuild the foam, repair springs if needed, and recover the seat in new vinyl made to match the original pattern.

I got a cheap FIA one from work, and its not bad. The only issue I have is when i climb in the straps like to loosen up a bit.

usa1industries has very nice OE style seat covers.
I'll check them out. Thanks!

I may go that direction too. Last time I contacted 3 upholstery shops to build seat in my T-bucket they all wanted $3k-$4k but that was building the frame and cushion. I may call around and see how much the local shops want. It is tempting to save $250 to DIY but its going to take an entire day.

I checked http://www.gofia.com and they don't have exact fit but they do have universal. Looks like $124 for solid saddle blanket material or $195 for better looking material. Don't like the thought of the straps loosening up.

Thanks! That's not a bad deal and my top cover is ok. I already ordered a black cover from LMC since they were all about the same costs.
