Doing 52" swap. Obviously going to need a new front driveshaft. Wanting to go with a square shaft. Where is the best place to get the weld yokes from? I have a 10bolt front with a 208 transfer case. 1330 joints?(I think)

you most likley have a 1344/s44 ujoint your local driveline shop should have weld yoke that they can order

If you want to keep your money with a 4x4 enthusiest then buy from HAD (High Angle Driveline)

You can always get the yokes from a used front driveshaft from a junkyard, cut them off and reweld them onto the new square shaft. Oh, there 1310 series.

If your going to lengthen the one you have, id just cut it, sleeve it with round tubing, and re weld it and be done.

x2 with HAD, but he doesn't make square driveshafts, he will make you a completely new one with upgraded yokes and the such.

Im needing the extra slip that a square shaft gives, I dont want to spend alot on a front shaft, just want to build one myself. I know some people have built them with new yokes for around $100.

Any decent driveline shop will sell you the parts, especially if you find one that also sells parts for heavy duty trucks.

My square 1410 shaft was ~$80 and all the parts were new.

I am calling carolina driveline today about my front shaft. I got a 205 and a D60. I'm gonna put a 1350 on the Tcase and a 1410 on the axle. No CV. I wanted to build a square one too, but gonna see what they quote me. I dont have a 32spline output on the 205 so I can't go 1410 on both ends.

what are you waiting for?:p: They're easy to get and its a pretty simple swap, you can leave the t-case in the truck while you do it.
