Just like the title says. Looking to replace all of my sidemarker, taillight, and turn signal lenses. Don't like LMC stuff, don't particularly like ebay either. Figured somebody on here would have experience buying new stuff and could recommend a vendor.

LMC is junk as you mentioned. I'm not sure anywhere will be too much better, but from what I'm aware of, Year One has higher quality repro stuff. I can't verify that though, just what I've heard.

Let us know what you go with though:waytogo:

Don't know if it will help, as I haven't bought any lenses yet, but the guys on the 67-72 board seem to really use GMCPAULS and classicheartbeat..

I do know that I have bought panels from both of these guys and they blew away LMC.

Classic Industries also have good lenses and stuff. I bought a bunch of GM authorizes reproduction sidemarker and taillights.

Some of the stuff that I got from The Truck and Car Shop was imported also possibly same as LMC??? I can't remember exactly what I got from them though. I have had Classic Industries take up to a month to fill backorders. Classicheartbeat is a good guy to deal with.

Placed an order through truckandcarshop and the brown santa showed up today. Pricing wasn't bad, and they shipped quick. Only issue is they backordered the door seals I ordered and didn't tell me - which I specifically asked to be notified if something wasn't in stock.

All packages are marked with the name "Counterpart Automotive" and made in Taiwan except the wiring harness I ordered for which is built in the USA by M&H Electrical. No big deal, I expected that. Not going to spend a **** ton of money on NOS stuff.

do yourself a favor on those deluxe side markers and check the stainless trim on them. My buddy had bought a set off lmc and installed on his truck. It rained most of the day and almost all the stainless trim rings were laying on the ground :haha:. He bought NOS and gave me those ones, I just siliconed them back in place. You may want to do that before installing them.

They seem to be stuck together alright. Maybe I'll run one through the dishwasher before and see what happens.
