i have the dual transfer case kit from NWF and put it together using fipg (a toyota engine oil pan gasket maker) and it leaks in many spots, anyone know which gasket maker works the best? also i'm running tranny fluid in both the 205 and 205, is their something better i could be running?

yeah but i kinda forgot something when putting it together the first time, so that one is ruined, can i use cork gasket from pep boys?

Branndon,

Cover the postage I'll get you the proper gear, Sillicone sucks.

We recommend 80-90W, but the 205 was run with ATF from the factory, I just don't like some of the characteristics, I have seen a bit more tooth wear in the ATF cases vs. 80-90W.

wow, awesome! Thanks! and you mean 80-90 in the 203 and 205? is it possible to back track and get into the th400 from the 203 if i do it this way?

80-90 in the 203/205 is fine, asw for it getting into the trans there is a seal in the trans to tcase adaptor to prevent this.
