Ok, I'm tired of waiting around and planning. For better or worse the K5 MUST get back on the road, like YESTERDAY!

Where's the cheapest place to get some pre-bent lines? I tried screwing with the straight stuff but just made a mess and the lines were too long to be routed cleanly.

When I disconnected the old lines at the cylinders, they were unusable. I had to cut them at the "T" coming off the rubber line.

Then the rubber line wouldn't come off, so I cut it. :angry1:

Is this going to turn into a situation where I end up replacing them all the way to the MC?? :( :doah:

Anyway, I need parts now. Besides LMC, is there any place that sells the lines pre-bent, and as cheap as possible?

x3 on inlinetube. They are near my house, they run a pretty decent shop there. Good guys, excellent product. I've bought 3 sets of stainless lines from them for various trucks, and have yet to have an issue with them.

Ok... Well then I'll go ahead and drop the coin on the set from Inline. I'll only use the rear parts to begin with, but when I do the front end rebuild (hopefully soon) I'll update those brake lines too.

Definitely worth $30 for stainless. I bought a set from LMC and they fit like crap.

Ditto on the stainless. Hopefully you won't ever be doing them again, might as well have better quality on there now.
