Thanks for posting the update on what they're going to do to take care of you. I agree with you that's real decent of them to work out a rebuild like that since a case coming apart at the mounting points/ear isn't necessarily something they'd be at fault for like if their ported cap cracked or something they'd modified on the box. Shame they took so long to work that out with you though...
