Best value on shocks

Have a '90 K5. I think I have decided to buy a 3" TC lift w/ 4" blocks for the rear. (my truck sags a little in rear). $225 from ORD. Which shocks should I buy? I don't want the cheapest things around but I don't "wheel" much so I have no need for the best either. Just a good quality shock will do. Opinions?????

You'll get 100 different answers from 100 different people, BUT, I'm buyin superlift shocks for $15 each for my truck with a 9" lift. ..If its price yer after,
thats a deal.
You will need to know a part# but you can find that from superlifts website.

Just get the TC shocks with your lift kit from ORD, they work fine

Well I had considered the TC shocks but I think they are $35 each, as apposed to the above post where I could get Superlift shocks for $15 each. I may go with the TC, but I was just looking for a less expensive alternative. I have seen some people in here talk about the Gabriels from AutoZone. Which Gabriels? There are a number of different models from $12-$60.

I'll second this one. the $15 shocks from superlift are great on my Burb.

I'vealways bought Tuff country's before mainly because of "my price" but decided to buy a set of the superlifts off ebay 10 save $15 now I wish I would have spent the little extra and bought another set of TC's

Too bouncy, I guess thats how I would put it. They are on my 97 gmc 1/2 4x4
