I found some rims that I know will fit my bolt pattern but I'm not sure exactly how to measure width and diameter. Do I measure across from the inside of the bead for both?

the rim width is measured on the inside where the tire bead touches the rim. The diameter is measured the same way but where the smallest diameter of the tire touches (does that make sense). Basically you can measure the height of the rim then subtract the "lip" x2 or roughly subtract 1" from overall height.
