Let me just start off by saying you guys are sick for checking out my post!!! Now, has anyone ever used this to extract their rig? wyeth scott power puller Seems to be a little more usefull than a hi-lift but a lot cheaper than a winch... just curious... oh and can't forget to ask about these sliders/steps

the sliders are by echobit.
Thanks /forums/images/graemlins/pimp1.gif

Yeah I can't afford a winch so I carry a come-along or 2. They work well as long as you don't have to pull something very far. Helps too carry an extra cable or chain as well because most of them only have about 10 ft of cable. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

the puller works fine, but you cant really use straps. You have to use some static straps if you can find it, or wire rope. THe tug straps we normall use stores energy, and will be worthless when you trying to deal with only 10-15 feet to work with.

Has anyone used the echobit sliders before? How well did they fit? /forums/images/graemlins/ears.gif

my rockers make great sliders, especailly once they get that nice U shape to them...

ive used the power puller before and no complaints. i have a winch and still carry it just in case. its heave as hell though.
