OK, who has the best deals on BDS springs. I can get them locally but I'm looking for the best deal. I have checked their site and the links to dealers but I would rather have real world feedback. /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif
I just called the nearest dealer which was in Monterey, CA. I called them told them what I wanted, 4" springs front and rear. They didn't have them in stock,so BDS sent me the springs from the factory for free. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
Thats where I ordered mine and they are some of the nicest people I've ever talked to. Even gave me some free stuff because my springs were a day late arriving /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
Lou is a great guy, very helpful and good service. Also you can not beat BDS warranty. I had a rear spring sag and they replace both with no questions asked.
My previous lift was a 4" ProComp. There is no compairson between the two, the BDS have a lot more flex and ride 100% better, and as I said, you can't beat the warranty.
Well since this is Donna's K5 build up I don't want to go to extreme. Here is the current plan-
4" BDS front springs
Shackel flip with 57's out back
Very mild TBI 350 (hence your intake and cam /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif)
Bowtie Overdrive 700r4 with a 241 (possible 4 to 1 kit in the future) with a SYE and 1350 CV shaft
1 ton axles with 4:56's and both with lockers
36" TSL Radial's on 15x8" US Wheel White Tracker wheels
and the rest of the usual stuff.

I know the Buck family personally. That is where I bought mine. 6" springs for $320, I got an even better deal on the rear 56" springs. All family owned business, very nice people. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
