bi-metal choke help

Alright guys, im needing a bi metal choke for my blazer. 2 questions are...

Which application do i need to purchase?
I have a Edelbrock Performer intake, and an edelbrock 1405 carb(same as a carter carb)

Also, where would i be able to purchase from?


I need to order this ASAP and not sure which i need and where from.

its for a Quadrajet , but you can bend up a new rod in a few minutes .
