Bicycles

Used too.. I still have a Haro in the rafters I might rebuild next year. I found some black widow cranks for it and some other crap, but I am thinking a cruiser might be a better idea instead of fighting the 20 inch again.. I’m not as skilled as I used to be.. bmx is where it started for me.

I did a little BMX, but my love was/is downhill.

This was on the way back up at Winter Park a few years back with my wife. She ate is super hard trying to ride a rather large wood berm that day, skinner her thigh real bad.

My wife's specialized rock hopper, and my Black Diamond Triple "free ride" bike.

And my bike with my buddies sweet Norco at some local trails.

and the trifecta. My other buddy and his parents ran the local BMX track, so we were up there all the time before I had kids.

I still have a set of 401 Redline flight cranks.

BMX racing was my thing till I was 16. Then all my friends quit. I still rode for years after.
The bike in that picture is an OG 1990s proline.. the red had faded to pink. I’ll roost a redline again someday. Just old man style!

@sreidmx I would definitely consider getting something with a bigger wheel. I just got a 26" norco dirt jumper this year and it rides like a box bike but way more comfortable.

@max 02 and @GWeakland620 I used to race bmx back in 2002 I think. I've thought about getting back out and racing but I think the closest track to us now is about 40 mins away.

I miss riding mtb parks, now everyone is pretty big into the enduro style riding out here.

The BMX community is awesome. It’s such a great family event. Many fond memories running the track on Wednesday’s and all the Redline Cup Tournaments.
you guys know they have things called engines right?
Yeah, those break down all the time for me.

For sure...That's what made us all quit racing bmx , dirt bikes and cars/trucks. Hurt myself way more on the dirt bikes than the peddle bikes though! Lol!
Plus they would always cost me 200.00 bucks every time I walked into the motorcycle shop.
