Bicycles

I still ride. Raced on and off over the years.

Most importantly i ride with my kids all over town. My 7 year olds can do a 12 mile loop, in hilly Colorado Springs on a BMX bike with me.

All of us ride together

This was a fun pic i took of all the bikes in the back yard

No one mentioned Dyno or GT or Amp research

I started with a Redline had a DB that I got for cheep, Built a Patterson frame up to a dedicated track bike, and had a 24 Kuwahara.

I have a Specialized Hard Rock w/ a Gila fork that I still ride. Looks like I'll finally be having my knee replacement early '18 so I'll be using it for a lot of therapy next year, I'm sure.

I sold my first two bikes before I packed up to move last year. First was a Schwinn Stingray Lemon Peel. My parents bought that off a friend for $25 for my 10th b-day and I sold it for $1600. :woot:

The other was a Fuji Alegro 12 spd.

Heck Ya, that bike will help a ton with therapy. Make sure it's set up right before the surgery.

That's crazy about the stingray!

sick..... mang.. to be under 30 again.....

fug that bike vert sh*t! :haha:

I've told my story in here....

I was pretty decent on my Redline, rode our ditches, big bunnyhops, footplants, yada... but it was just a fun aside, skating was my main deal..

well, I was skating the 15' Egg bowl at cherry hill skatepark back in the day getting ready for an am contest.... and this BMX guy rolls up.. cool.. wasn't common in those days..

eventually i asked him if i could take a run... yay... :) got carving up on cope, neat.. :waytogo: started pulling a few airs over cope, sweet.... pretty easy... :saweet: about the 4th one, the back tire hit cope on the way back in, seat smacked me on the arse.. sketched and made the landing.. :yikes: rolled out, handed the bike over, and said to myself, "never again".. :haha:

staring going face first over the bars from 15' up to the deep end with no easy way to bail/kickout? no thanks! :deal:

Dude that's you!?!?! Bad ass!

Love me some bicycles. Lots of riding for me and my girls. I travel a ton to ride. Here is an alpine trail near Whistler, BC. I spend two weeks in Western Canada every summer. abusfullofnuns in his natural habitat.

Nice! I have rode around Whistler too! We used to live less than two hours away from there. Love the area!
