I am looking for #26 on this diagram for my 1987 V3500. GM part number 3967424. I either need to buy the correct spacer or have someone at least measure how thick it should be.

I found two sellers on ebay with NOS for about $25 shipped and Classic Industries sells one with the same part number for about $17 shipped. However, if I could find the thickness, I will find one to work out make one.

I'd say you could probably find the correct size spacer on mcmaster but you'd likely have to buy a 5 pack for $10 and it'd cost you $another $10 in shipping.

Or you could use this as the reason you just have to finally go buy a lathe. :lol

Hey Kenny! I was hoping that there may still be a dealer with one out there, but no luck. I have an engine in my shop that's ready to go with that spacer on it. I will get you some dimensions and also look around to see if I might have one.

Technically, I have a few of those available to me since my wife bought a machine shop, along with very skilled machinists who would help without asking. I just want to save those favors for hard problems.

If the pass was not closed and you had one, I would run over to get the correct part today.

If you can at least confirm the correct thickness, I'll probably run with this hex nut drilled out. I'm getting about .38-.40" thick needed measuring my old pump.

I will get you numbers when I get home from work. Happy New Year!

I don't know anything about 3D printing but since you are mastering it; is there some material that you could print the spacer out of that would be hard enough?

on the other hand, if your bored out nut is working; once you get it back together you will never see it

The printer I own would not be compatible with any materials strong enough for this application.

I found another nut that measured .415" thick and closer to the correct spacer. I drilled that out and it bolted up without an issue.

What is everyone doing for the 3/4" reservoir to pump hose, number 22?
22. 6.671 HOSE, FLUID RSVR (1985 W/H4D)(*1) ..................................................... 14040767
6.671 HOSE, FLUID RSVR(*1) ........................................................................ 15592494
8.962 HOSE , BULK (3/4X10 FT ROLL) .............................................................. 9438842

I found and ordered this one, but the listing is questionable. I'm assuming it is just 3/4" bulk hose about the right length, but not sure yet and it will be a week before I see it.
